Johnstone Business Intelligence ("Johnstone BI", "we", "us") is an Australian business providing business intelligence, reporting, data engineering, business application and continuous improvement services.

• Respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation
• Send you a copy of your own enquiry for your records
• Provide, scope and deliver services you ask us about

Why we are allowed to hold it

We collect and hold this information because it is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to carry out our business activities. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run this website and deliver our email, and only to the extent required to provide those services:

• Our email delivery provider, which sends enquiry notifications and your confirmation copy

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for as long as required for our business and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it.
